MDI Dean enlightens TKWs students about Financial Markets

“Financial crisis 2008-10 could have been worse” explained Prof SK Bhattacharya ex-dean of Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance, in its zeal to provide the best training and knowledge inputs to its students, invited the veteran professor to explain how financial institutions create new financial products.
Prof Bhattacharya has been the Dean of MDI, Gurgaon which is amongst north India’s leading management colleges. In his previous assignments, he has also worked with Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) and United Industrial Bank in senior management capacities.
Students of TKWs Post Graduate Diploma in Banking were glad to have got the opportunity of interacting with one most experienced academicians of Delhi.  One of the students who attended the session said, “It is like a dream to get admission in MDI, Gurgaon. Because of TKWs we’ve got a chance to study from the same faculty who teaches in such premier colleges.”

TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance offers Diploma and PG Diploma in Banking & Finance. The institute offers only 60 seats in each academic session for the respective courses. The students of these courses are simultaneously trained for government bank exams such as Clerk and PO. On completion of the courses the students get selected either government or one of the private sector banks coming to TKWs campus for placements.
