Program Description:
Transform from a Young Professional to a Banking Leader
The program makes you an expert in financial planning and transactions involved in International Trade by bringing globe’s best education in Indian Classrooms. It includes global lectures from world’s best colleges through online streaming and by inviting International guest faculty to the campus. The program allows you to obtain parallel certifications in CFA, CFP, NCFM, Mutual Funds and Trade Finance.
TKWsIBF fellowship is a unique opportunity for young executives to gain experience of working on business consulting assignments for banks and financial institutions while earning PG Diploma credentials. Institute Campus will be your new office. You will be coming to TKWsIBF campus on regular basis, attending classes in the first half of the day and working in the second half. You will get to work with various internal teams as well.
Who is it for?
This is a one-year academic cum professional program designed for early-career professionals who want to work in banking and finance sector. TKWsIBF fellowship enables young professionals to move laterally into banking and finance roles and get roles with greater responsibilities and higher growth.

10+2 & Graduation with minimum 50% marks
Minimum 1 year of full time work experience

Application Procedure
There are 6 seats on offer for TKWsIBF Fellowship program. A process to be followed by applicants is as follows:
Step 1: Fill an online application form. This form can also be submitted offline at our institute campus.
Step 2 : Pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000. This can be done online or by visiting the institute campus. You can also request for institute’s bank account details for cash deposit in any branch Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Step 3 : Appear for Banking Aptitude Test. This is done on a pre-assigned date and can be taken from any laptop/computer with uninterrupted access to the Internet. This is an aptitude test and not an elimination criterion.
Step 4 : Appear for an admission interview at the institute. This is conducted on a pre-assigned date and is the main selection criteria of a candidate. Student outcome can be selected on Merit/General/Management seat or Rejection.
Step 5 : If selected, confirm your admission, by submitting the required documents along with the Admission fee, at the Admissions Office.

Fellowship Details:
Students selected for TKWsIBF Fellowship Program are assigned various jobs, assignments and research projects during their program tenure. For them, TKWsIBF is like a full time job, they study like a Post Graduate Diploma student at the time of classes and work like a team member after class. They could be working in any of the departments of our top ranked banking institute, or on a research project that has been given to TKWsIBF by BFSI industry.

Payment Option #2
Student can also choose to pay thier fee by entering into an Income Sharing Agreement with the Institute. Student is not required to pay any fee unless they get a job after course completion. Following are the basic details of the same:

Exclusions and Optionals:
Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/ payable for Registration Fee payable before Banking Aptitude Test and Personal Interview
Leadership Camp: Rs. 7,000/- for a 3 day residential learning program held in outdoor location
Bankers Meet: Rs. 5,000/- Delegate Fee to be a part of the organising committee & attend this mega fest
ASEAN Banking Tour: Optional 3 to 5 day study tour of an ASEAN Country
Integrated Certifications: Enrolment & Examination fee is directly payable to concerned boards
Bankers Essentials: Students are expected to possess a laptop and formal business attire.
Stipend:
Students who got selected on Fellowship seats will be eligible for a stipend during their program tenure. They will be paid a stipend of Rs. 12,000 per month for a tenure of 12 months.
